A project that starts with the tool
Until we know what needs to improve and how we will measure success, I won’t start building.
I’m not here to sell AI at any cost. I start by looking at the problem, the workflow, and the real cost. If there’s a simpler or less expensive way, that’s what I’ll recommend.
I’ve spent more than 10 years working across IT and e-commerce, building systems that have to be reliable in real conditions. I hold a master’s degree in IT from K. N. Toosi University of Technology. I co-founded Radin Network Development in Iran and founded the Dubai-registered company behind this work.
Over the years, I’ve worked on infrastructure, international procurement and sourcing, online businesses, and technical projects. It taught me to assess the workflow, data, maintenance cost, and measurable outcome before choosing a tool.
I started AI Lab to design AI receptionists, chatbots, and automations for real business problems—not to put an AI label on everything. I work from Dubai, but collaborate online with Persian-speaking clients around the world.
Until we know what needs to improve and how we will measure success, I won’t start building.
If there is a simpler or lower-cost answer than AI, that’s what I will recommend.
If we can’t define permitted data, response boundaries, failure states, and handoff to a person, I won’t put the system into live use.
Years spent working with infrastructure, international procurement and sourcing, online businesses, and technical projects made one thing clear: choosing a new tool is only the beginning. Without clear workflows, data, maintenance costs, and ownership, even the best tool will not produce a dependable result.
That is why I don’t begin at AI Lab with a ready-made version for everyone. First, I clarify the problem and the measure of success. Then, if AI is the right choice, I design, test, and launch a system around that specific business.
If you have a defined problem with responses, follow-up, or repetitive work and want to hand over the design, build, and launch.
Discuss an implementation project → 2 / DecisionIf you have a specific problem, idea, or decision and need a deep review before investing more time and money.
Request a private consultation →In a few lines, tell me what you do, which workflow takes most of your time, and which tools you currently use. I’ll review it myself and tell you plainly whether AI is worth exploring further for this problem.
This free initial assessment only checks whether a project is a fit; it is not a deep consultation or a complete solution design. If you need to assess a decision, a private consultation is the better fit.
